How to Improve Sperm Quality ?

      Antioxidants holds a very important role to improve sperm quality, according to research conducted in Spain. Mentioned that the man who has a good sperm quality eating more fruits and vegetables when compared to those with poor sperm quality. It is believed that the fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins, folic acid, and fiber and low in fat and protein.

Antioxidants found in many fruits and vegetables, will reduce levels of oxidative materials that affect sperm quality. Antioxidants also will increase the concentration of sperm movement or motalitasnya follows.

This study used 61 male as a sample in which 30 of them have reproductive problems as the rest no problem. This research has been published in the journal Fertility and Sterility. In the initial study conducted by the same team showed that men who consume food that contains meat and materials made from milk that sperm quality is lower, when compared with those who ate lots of fruits and vegetables and reduce consumption of dairy products and processed.

Subsequent research showed that those who eat lots of fruits and vegetables was also inadvertently included a lot of antioxidants in the body that can draw the conclusion that in addition to avoiding the disease, consumption of fruits and vegetables also to improve the quality of sperm.

Unfortunately this study can not answer whether there is a difference between taking vitamins and antioxidant supplements with vitamins and natural antioxidants derived from fruits and vegetables.
