• Breathing
• weather conditions around
• Sweating
• to urinate and defecate.

So every day we should drink enough water to replace fluids lost during the normal activities. Fortunately, the body has a unique mechanism when dehydrated. The thirst will inevitably arise when the balance of fluids in the body begins to interfere. Body will produce the hormone ADH to reduce the production of urine by the kidneys. The ultimate purpose of this mechanism is to reduce as much as possible loss of fluid during disturbed body fluid balance.

What causes dehydration?
Dehydration occurs when fluid loss is very large while the income is much less liquid. Some conditions that often lead to dehydration include::

• Diarrhea.
Diarrhea is the most common condition causing loss of fluid in large quantities. Around the world, 4 million children die each year due to dehydration from diarrhea.

• Vomiting.
